These properties were acquired between 2013 and 2017 across 9 cities and 5 states, and total 4 mm square feet with a combined value of over US$650 million.

The Mandalay Principals continue to manage this portfolio as Principals of Fairlead Group Holdings, which manages the Mandalay-FCRE Sponsor Venture I and Mandalay-FCRE Sponsor Venture II funds.
